The Story of My Life... and Yours
We all have, more or less, lived through the same experience.
Trying one diet after another, only to gain more and more weight.
Yes, it's true! In the beginning, everything is fine but, after only a few short weeks, it becomes harder and harder to stay motivated. And, after a while, we tend to forget about the diet, and go back to our old ways.
The result? Very shortly afterwards, the old fat is back in place.

However, last year, I stumbled over something - almost by co-incidence...
I lost almost 20 kg (44 lbs) in just three months!
Although I have now regained some of this lost excess weight, I realized that I was still able to lose fat as I had previously done.
About a month ago, I decided that now was the time to get down to some really serious business.
